NZ Settler Investments has no specific industry focus from which it sources its investment opportunities; rather, we look for companies with the following characteristics

NZ Settler Investments is focused exclusively on private equity funding and investment opportunities in New Zealand businesses that provide eligibility for residence in New Zealand. We target small-midsized businesses with enterprise values of between NZ$3 million and NZ$20 million requiring a meaningful minimum investment of at least NZ$1.5 million.

For each business that we present as an investment opportunity, we undertake a rigorous macro environmental, business and financial due diligence process. This process helps us to identify issues and key strategic drivers of the business pre-investment as well as helping us to contribute to the post acquisition performance of the business.
